Tango Release:sunday 6th of March 2011

Tango & Franklin Method with Fiona Millward

2-3.30 pm class
3.30 5 pm practica/jam

In this session we will take time to listen and notice feedback from the body. Staying with this quiet observation, we will work with the Franklin Method Balls Work within given exercises, both alone and with a partner. Combined with suggested imagery and experiential anatomy, this work may offer alternative possibilities or experiences, with the aim of creating greater freedom and support within the body.
